We conduct thorough criminal background searches, pre-employment verifications, pre-employment drug screens for all employees. Our officers receive classroom and field training prior to assignment. Permanently assigned officers receive additional site specific training to understand our customer’s requirements and expectations. Refresher training is routinely provided.
